For beta access, provide your project/use case, minimal integration contact and expected volume. Access is manual: review → decision → secure credential delivery → receipt confirmation → activation. Terms/privacy are supplied before activation. Do not send credentials in Telegram; agree secure delivery with the owner.
For a technical issue, provide the category, merchant/payment ID, UTC time, observed status, HTTP status and a safe request reference, where available. Transaction ID and event index can help investigate a transfer. These may relate to a person; share only necessary details privately. Do not send API keys, rotation/signing secrets, seed/private keys, full webhook bodies/headers, complete payment URLs or screenshots exposing keys/customers. Redact sensitive screenshot content.
For goods, refunds and merchant disputes, contact the merchant first: Dedyx cannot control their wallet. If funds were already sent but the state is EXPIRED/REVIEW/CANCELED, do not pay again to change the state. The merchant and Dedyx reconcile the order and transaction evidence. Service complaints use the same channel: issue, time and requested outcome, without unnecessary personal data.
If credentials may be compromised, stop new requests and report the suspected leak without the secret itself. The owner verifies the known contact and records an audited pause/revoke/recovery decision. A key alone or a new Telegram username is not sufficient ownership proof. Revocation preserves financial history; data deletion is handled separately through the privacy contact.
